One has nothing to do with the other however, I did get a notice from my utility that the rates have dropped 22% from last year.

Well, I dont know because even when the gas price was high my royalties were still kinda poor..and I am wondering if someone is taking it from another direction..so, I gaher they are the same because .. my checks are still small...we own land and mineral rites in Zapata Texas

Sure it will. Natural gas and gasoline prices are pretty much the same. Natural gas is a little bit more expensive but it's price will go down too.
